Xynco designs, builds, and hosts websites for small businesses, and provides AI training and custom tools. These terms cover your use of this website; client engagements are governed by the written agreement we sign together.

Using this site

The site and its content are provided for information. You may not scrape, copy, or reuse the content or design for commercial purposes without permission. Don't misuse the contact and booking forms.

No professional advice

Content on this site is general information, not professional, legal, or financial advice. What a website or AI can do for a specific business depends on that business: that is what the first call is for.

Intellectual property

The Xynco name, mark, site design, and content belong to Xynco. Sites and tools we build for clients belong to those clients per their engagement agreement. That is the point.

The site is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xynco is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
